An excellent resource for new ideas and insights.

Jakob Nielsen’s Alertbox with a summary of the Intranet Design Annual 2010: Year’s Ten Best Intranets by the Nielsen Norman Group, which reviews the designs and usability of ten intranets that were chosen from a much larger number of nominated designs. The report is richly illustrated with 198 full-color screenshots, giving readers the unique opportunity to see good intranet designs that are usually hidden behind a firewall.
NetStrategy/JMC is specialized in intranet and online workplace strategies & practices. They initiated the Annual Global Intranet Strategies Survey in 2006, and publishes the results each October. “Global Intranet Trends for 2010″ is the upcoming report. Next to that they offer several interesting publications on their site.
